Several residents, Max, Dana, Dennis, and Tracy on 8th St. and Gladys have been connecting over common interests and with a bit of inspiration are hosting their first block party on July 23rd from noon-4pm. That single block between Orizaba and Gladys will be ‘blocked off’. Permit is in hand. What was inspired is the block party will be going on simultaneously with RPNA’s annual park event “Sunday in the Park” – just steps away. This year featuring Brother Pines. Come out and meet neighbors, listen to cool folk music and if you’d like you can catch a bite of great food catered by the Red Leprechaun.
