The Rose Park Neighborhood Association wants to hear from residents regarding future improvements and activities at Rose Park located on 8th and Orizaba Avenue. Rose Park and Bluff Heights Neighborhood Association are partnering up to host an Earth Day Celebration at Rose Park (8th and Orizaba Ave.) on Sunday, April 21st from 1pm to 4pm.
The Earth Day event at Rose Park is open to all and FREE to attend. Activities will include:
BUTTERFLY RELEASE in a screened enclosure
Tai Chi
Native Milkweed Giveaways (while supplies last)
Kids ART activity
Nature Books (while supplies last)
Plants for sale (courtesy of Long beach Organics)
FREE Birthday CAKE (served at 3 PM)
