July 17th 2010 -Our "Party in the Park" was a huge success! Residents of Rose Park ate, visited and played during the day and watched "A Night at the Museum II" on a giant screen provided by Long Beach Parks and Rec and the 2nd Council District. Long Beach Local 372 provided hot dogs and the LBPD closed off the park so all the children were safe from traffic and parents could relax.
Residents of Rose Park are proud of our park and are hoping that continued usage by neighbors will keep the park clean and inviting.
