ROSE PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION BOARD MEETING

The Rose Park Neighborhood Association Board met at The Socialist on Wednesday, April 5th to discuss upcoming plans for beautification and community outreach efforts at Burbank Elementary with plans to design and implement a 10 foot mosaic rainbow mural.

ArtWorksLBC will be implementing a new project at Long Beach Pride and will be reaching out to the community to get involved! Long Beach Pride is celebrating 40 years of producing and supporting activities that educate, encourage and celebrate PRIDE, inclusion, and respect for humanity. The 2023 Pride Festival will take place the weekend of August 5th & 6th.

Plans to continue the activation and design for safer streets along E7th Street with focus on both the south and north side of Dawson, Raymond, St. Louis and Cherry Avenue are underway. Residents interested in helping to connect neighbors and provide outreach are encouraged to reach out at info@rpna.org.
