So the plans are set for Saturday March 24th – years in the making to celebrate a bike route from Bellflower through Rose Park South! Lots of elements: planning, getting funds, community meetings, public works and a park!
Event/Expo location: 6th Street between Orizaba and Obispo (Street will be closed off for the event)
Date: Saturday, March 24, 2018 Expo area opens: 10 am
Grand opening speakers: 11:15 (The Mayor, Councilmember Pearce, and Councilmember Price ) AND Bike Raffle: 11:30 am
Start of Community Ride: 11:40 am (End of Expo area)
