MOBILE VACCINATION

The City of Long Beach is offering a mobile vaccination service to homebound residents and individuals in neighborhoods with the highest coronavirus case rates to reduce the effects of COVID-19.

Individuals interested in requesting a home appointment or mobile clinic may request a form by calling 562.570.INFO (4636) or email COVID19Vaccine@longbeach.gov for assistance. Health Department staff will screen requests and verify eligibility before scheduling an appointment for services. This option to is available for those who have mobility impairments and are otherwise not able to attend a public clinic.
