NEIGHBORS SHOWED UP TO ROSE PARK

Over 150 residents gathered in Rose Park on Sunday, June 22nd for the annual Summertime Picnic!

Thank you to Art and Andrew of Safe Refuge for the watermelon contests, Blake of the Good Bar for hot dogs, Serbrina of Happy Lifts for the fitness activities, Erin of Fitzgerald Arts for face painting, Jane and team of LBC Health Mutual for the cooling station and resource table.

Special thanks to Abigail for talking with residents about volunteering with Rose Park Neighborhood, Paul and Kim of Natural Hi-Fi for the live music with special guest appearance by Harold Brown, founding member of the band–War.

Thank you also to Rose Park resident, Emily for the bubbles, Council District 2 for supporting the event, and to our resident and community volunteers for event support!
