COMPOUND FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Rose Park Neighborhood Association is teaming up with Compound Food Fairs, in partnership with Grow2Zero and Feel Good Kitchen to provide fresh food boxes to older adults in and around our Long Beach neighborhoods. Pictured above is an example of the food box given out with fresh bread provided by Hey Brother Baker and fresh produce given to food insecure seniors. Also pictured above is the fantastic Compound team distributing the food boxes! The next Compound Food Fair will be held on Saturday, May 3rd at Compound.

Compound Food Fairs, in partnership with Grow2Zero and Feel Good Kitchen LB, promotes food equity and accessibility by hosting a free and healthy cooking demonstration where families in need take home a meal and a fresh food box.
