Historic District Design Guidelines Workshop

The Rose Park and Rose Park South Historic Districts have hundreds of structures that must comply with historic district guidelines. Although many are termed ‘contributing’, that is, it was because that structure represented the time period of the early neighborhood, there are ‘non-contributing’ buildings, as well. Both have to conform to the design guidelines. But the guidelines vary dependent on status. So, make a plan to attend the workshop!

Annual Picnic – Sunday July 17th, 2016

Please join us for RPNA’s Annual Picnic at Rose Park (8th & Orizaba) 11am-3pm. Red Leprechaun will be on hand, for those that don’t bring their picnic, with great pub food, Eayikes as always for games and fun, and strands of live jazz by BLU NOTE.
